For this recipe, I added beet noodles, apples, and dried cranberries to add sweetness without adding processed sugar. The ingredients have amazing health benefits that include anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and detox properties. Now, who doesn’t love that?

INGREDIENTS
- 14 oz package cole slaw
- 2 cups beet noodles
- 1 medium apple, cubed
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Open Nature Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend Open Nature Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise using a blender or Nutri-Bullet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw, beet noodles, cubed apples, and dried cranberries.
- Pour dressing on the salad, toss together, and serve.
