Healthy Breakfast Bowls
Recipes Every Girl Should Know
Spring Forward this season with Healthy Breakfast Bowls made with fresh fruit, granola, and Hispanic dairy!
On my recent trip to Mexico City, I ate brunch at this wonderful restaurant called Saks in Polanco. I was impressed by the ambiance and attentive service but it was the first course, a fruit plate topped with crema, that awakened my taste buds! The balance of sweet and savory fruit and crema paired well with fresh coffee, pan dulce, and freshly squeezed tangerine juice.
That’s why I created this healthy breakfast bowl with crema and queso fresco as the 13th entree in our “Recipes Every Girl Should Know” series. Healthy breakfast bowls made with seasonal fruit, granola, and dairy are perfect for brunch, light meals, and breakfast-on-the-go!
Banana, mango, berries, grapes, and oranges topped with granola and dairy make this breakfast bowl a power-packed meal filled with nutrients, antioxidants, and protein. It’s super easy to make and fits well into your weekly meal prep rotation. Plus, your kids and family will love it too!
